Pet Boarding

Osage Animal Hospital’s boarding area was designed by professionals to be pet friendly, safe, clean, odor-free, and maintained at a comfortable “home” temperature.

Don’t worry if your pet has a special diet or needs particular care, we will care for your pet as if they were our own. Dogs and cats are boarded separately and accommodations are comfortable and spacious.

We take pride in our facility and welcome clients to tour at any time. We are a full-service animal hospital, that provides veterinary care, boarding, and grooming. Please give us a call at (573) 348-1788 for any of your pet’s needs.

Dog Boarding

We understand it is difficult to be away from home and we want your dog to feel comfortable while they are here. We provide fresh bedding, exercise on a leash in our courtyard, and lots of staff interaction. Every pet has different needs and we will accommodate each on an individual basis.

  • Both individual runs and luxury suites are available
  • We provide Hill’s sensitive stomach diet to all pets, but clients are welcome to bring their own diets from home if they prefer
  • Access to exercise in our courtyard multiple times a day
  • Special care of geriatric dogs and puppies
    Medication administration under the supervision of doctors
  • Any concerns from the staff about a boarding patient are directly brought to a veterinarian’s attention, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

Cat Boarding

Cats boarding with us have their own cat condo with windows. Each one comes with separate areas for sleeping and eating away from their litter box.

Several times a day, they are out of their condos, one at a time, for exercise and interaction with the staff. The cat condo room is completely separate from the rest of the hospital to minimize stress.

Understand Our Pet Vaccination Rules Better

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated for Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella.
  • All cats must be fully vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP.
  • If your pet is past due for any vaccines, we are happy to update them at the time of intake to protect your pet and the rest of the pets boarding in our facility.
